I uploaded photos taken from the 13th of April thru today. But, the ages for the kids are off on dates of the 13 and 14th for sure. I think I caught it and fixed them from that point on. If they are off, it’s only by a day.

I think the bug has left all of us. We ended up at the Drs office on Friday to get checked out, worried we had the flu. Turned out that it was a gastro-viral infection (according to the kids peditrician and the immediate care person James saw, I didn’t end up getting seen-figured I had what everyone else did).
I started to feel better by Friday night and was eating regular food again, Saturday morning I was peachy keen.
The kids made progress on Saturday, eating a bit here and there after really refusing most things the previous two days.
James had it the worst of us, but by Saturday nigth was feeling a ton better, and Sunday morning we were all back to pretty normal. The kids are still having here and there wet diapers and Evelyn seems to have also gotten a cold with the viral thing, which has kept her a bit ‘off’ with her nose dripping all the time.
I remembered some things I had meant to say in previous posts.
We stopped using the kids white noise machine at night. It’s been likely a month now and they are doing just fine without it, they didn’t even notice it seemed.
Susie is coming again, which is very exciting. I’d told my Dad and James told his Mom about this book I made, that has of photo of the kids family members. Right now we’re working on recognizing Mom, Dad, Grandma Susie, Grandpa & Grandma Pam. They giggle when we tell them the person… they’ll get it eventually.
Evelyn has figured out waving bye-bye. She first did it to my friend Laura, and even ended up sounding like I swear she actually said “Bye-Bye” to her but she hasn’t said it since, but does wave all the time now. Momma doesn’t get waves though.
I’d been teaching James ‘Hi-5′ when he’d be taking a break during nursing, so he’s been doing that for a few weeks now. It’s adorable and he’s super proud.
James also is on the go. He doesn’t stop, he also walks with us now with just holding onto one hand and he goes fast too. He is very close it would appear to just letting go and trying to get to something just out of reach, in fact just today I let go of his hands to grab Evelyn and he sort of stepped forward, falling to the ground though at the same time but we weren’t next to anything either. He also crawls really fast. He’ll surpass his sister and get to Daddy (who had been crawling around on the floor & then hid).
Evelyn also walks with us but she likes to use two hands and is sort of Frankenstein-ish about it. Which is cute in her own way though.
James still LOVES his sister, most times much to her dislike. He doesn’t get that when she is yelling she isn’t happy so much of my time is removing him and comforting Evelyn. She is extra sensitive at the moment with her cold though. He likes to hug and kiss her, and use her to stand up. To grab her from behind and use her as a toy. Poor girl. He is now the one taking toys from her though, when they were younger she’d take his.
I think the kids are changing their sleeping habits again, they seem to be waking up (James I should say) earlier and earlier. They are most often up and eating by 7am as of lately. They still goto bed at the same time, but James has actually started to have troubles with our old process of going to bed-which is actually a plus if he’s changing. He used to fall asleep very quickly whilst having his bedtime snack, along with Evelyn and so we would put them in bed, pretty much asleep. The last two weeks he’s been on and off again just wanting to talk/play so we put them down at 7:30 regardless and last night he just rolled over (he sleeps on his tummy) and went to sleep without a peep. This is good since I’m not sure I”ll nurse much past a year old, it is getting harder with the two to tandem nurse and in someways I think that James might be ready. We’ll see, milk isn’t exactally cheap either.
On a personal level I will be taking over as Vice-President for the Multiples club for the upcoming year. I’m excited to get my hands into it all and have two great Co-Presidents to work with and two outgoing Co-Presidents to learn so much from.
Oh I forgot to add that both kids are going up and down teh stairs now. James quicker than Evelyn but she makes it slowly if we let her. James is up in no time, like seconds.
James is working and missing his kids all day. *I think at least*
Look for some photos in the gallery later tonight or tomorrow.

Thursday morning and woke not feeling well, went to get the kids and saw Evelyn covered in crusty throw up. Poor thing, it was all in her hair and down her PJs, a dark spot on her blanket the size of her head
Got everyone up and ready, and took them to eat. I really didn’t feel well then and ran to the bathroom. I go back to feed them and Evelyn eats maybe 3 minutes and not very well… I sit her up and 30 seconds later she’s throwing up all over me-projectile all over Momma.
James has been having really really wet diapers since Monday along with not really wanting to eat, but he’s also getting two teeth back to back and he is at that age where they’ll start eating less and being just more into playing, ect.
So I text message James and call the nurse. They advise me on how to feed Evelyn the rest of the day and how many times she can throw up before I need to switch it, and then switch again if she’s doing it again, ect. They say they’ll see her gladly but it sounds like the beginnings of a viral gastro thing which is running a course of about 20-24 hours that they’ve been seeing a lot of. Plus our peditrician is out today, though we could see someone else.
She didn’t throw up again until 4:30 after we gave them a cool bath, since both were running a fever (100.8 Evelyn and 100.2 James). James hasn’t had any diaper issues since just before then also.
James & I crashed as soon as the kids went to bed last night, and they thankfully slept thru the night till 7am without a peep. Neither have fevers this morning. James & I had a rough night though. Fever, aches, chills, night sweat type things.
So it looks like the kids and I are on the up, feeling mostly better. James isn’t quite yet. Hopefully soon.
I’m so dissapointed though, no idea where we got it from and I was so excited at the thought of the kids not having any sickness for the first year of their life. So we did 10 months & 8 Days

I uploaded the photos I had attempted to last night, they should all be a much nicer size to view. Enjoy! I’m going to bed now. My eyes hurt from staring at the screen the last hour and a half.

I uploaded a few of the 77 photos I have to upload of the kids, but as anyone who goes there to view them will notice (or maybe not) they are HUGE, and you can only see about 1/4 of the image. James is alseep so I am not sure how to fix it. So look for those in the next few days, until them-view them if you like but seriously you can only see a fraction of the photo and it takes a while to load. I think it maybe because I stupidly changed the resolution to 300 for printing, instead of leaving it at the 72 for online viewing. Bugger, I am pretty sure I”ll have to resize them all and well… I’m so not doing that tonight.
Yep, I tested it out, and that’s the cause. Bugger! I spent like an hour and a half doing all those-and now I have to redo them all. Bugger! Guess I shouldn’t have been multitasking, talking to Dad on-line, looking at photos of Johnny Depp, reading the newspaper on-line, reading blogs, more Johnny Depp….. I better get to bed now though, church in the morning will come quickly.
